Here is some information about me that will hopefully help with your choice of who to work with.

I opened my own company in early 2009 when I realized I wanted to set the standards for how to help my customers.  The year 2016 was amazing.  I’ve always been a big believer in education but 2016 was a new milestone in adding to my 1000+ hours of Real Estate training and learning from others. 

In December, I attended the esteemed Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation (PON) for four days.  Learning from other amazing students and the Harvard Faculty was special to say the least.   Holding a certificate from the Harvard Law School on negotiation is something only a handful of Realtors have done.  It shows my commitment to adding to my skills at this level and serving my customers as best as I can.  I plan to attend other programs they offer.  As a former psychology major I use that knowledge to add to my negotiation skills for you.

The month prior I was invited to and attended the Certified Residential Specialist 2016 Elite Pro Summit in Orlando prior to the National Association of Realtor National Convention in Orlando.  This was truly learning from the best of the best.  Forty four top brokers and agents from around the country many of whom were instructors themselves.  To be invited was an honor.

Prior to that I attended the Inman Luxury Connect in Beverly Hills, CA.  Many of the skills appropriate to the luxury market also apply to every price range and I endeavor to bring those skills to all my customers. 

In 2014 Trulia recognized me in the top 1% of agents.
